What are your current prices? Are the services taxed?
Our current prices are always posted on our Paws 'N' Lawns home page, we do our best to keep everything simple and straight forward with no hidden fees for you. And yes, we are required by the State of Texas to collect an 8.25% tax on our services.
Is my service under a contract, what if I need to cancel?
Paws 'N' Lawns pet waste services are billed in monthly increments. There is no long term contract with us. If you need to cancel for any reason we do request a 7 day heads up before your next billing cycle. We do not pro-rate cancellations. If you are late to cancel and any services have been completed for the new month, you will be billed for the full remainder of the month.
Will you also clean up after my horses, cows, ducks and cats?
At this time we only scoop and clean up dog poop from residential lawns and yards. We dont do horse barns, cow pastures or duck ponds. If you have a house cat who wanders outside with the dog on occasion, we dont mind picking that up for you!
What if it snows or we are experiencing severe weather?
If we happen to have a snow storm or weather which would make service impractical we will simply resume service the following week or when the weather clears. Due to the fact that waste builds up during that time, we do not pro-rate for missed weeks due to weather concerns.
What if my clean up day is on a holiday?
We believe that celebrating national holidays makes us a great place to work, we value those who work for us. Paws 'N' Lawns observes New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If your service falls on one of our holidays we will resume service the following week.
Please Note: We know that occasionally our customers schedule parties and events on holidays where a clean lawn is imperative, if your clean up service lands on a holiday where you have an event, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to reserve and re-schedule your weekly lawn cleaning on a prior day to the event. Our re-schedule spots are limited and will be given on a first come first served basis.
My dog is a sweetheart, but doesnt like strangers.
Dont worry we still love your dog. If your pet has protective or aggressive tendencies, please let us know. We ask you to keep aggressive or protective pets inside and/or in a safe area while we complete our service. If the owner is not available and an aggressive or protective pet is left outdoors - we will mark the service as incomplete, notify the owner and resume service the following week.
